My Thanks

I glimpsed heaven on earth
In your smile,
Radiating mirth
In a divine style.

I watched the sun rise
In your eyes,
Promising a day
Bright and gay.

I saw the moon glowing
In your face -
What bliss it was bestowing
With its grace!

I felt the universe rock
In your walk,
Going the distance
Celebrating its existence.

I heard a nightingale singing
In your laughter -
What joy it was bringing
For hours thereafter!
