Silent Night

Let the nights come like a clearing
in the woods, with a silent beckoning
where I may gently
become aware...of surreal moon-winds
cocooning my skin
of winter mist-spun skies
sparkling...with revelations
of lucid dreams, stirring fantasies
and cushioning realities

The bliss...
of slow dancing with sleep
of blessings,
soft and forgiving
as my pillow,
where darkness,
is a healing balm of light,
where the sapphire depth
of my own love, startles
and warms...
and wounds my soul
and never really stops
deepening
engulfing the night
as a whole
where nothing else matters
where the only wonder,
warmth and validation I need...
is my own.
