Becomes the breeding ground
Allows playing
To sting during the day
As figures soar
The Politicians play the blame game
While touts make a killing
With Papaya leaves and goat's milk
The writing is on the wall
The National Capital manifests the symptoms
And its consequential effects
Unfailing for the last few years
Hasn’t succeeded
To keep the menace at bay
And hapless citizens
Suffer the nightmare silently
A few among them wouldn’t live
To see the next sunrise....
