Loved

He was
Such a
Loved child
That he was
Always
Cherished
By his parents

Even in those
Days of corporal
Punishment, he was
Never beaten by his
Parents

Not only was he
Spared, he was
So much cherished,
That he was always
Pampered by his
Parents

(wrote this poem thinking of my hubby who has very fond memories of his childhood)
