Your handsome face,
Your charming persona
Full of grace.

A charismatic leader
You were an inspiration
You were the maestro
Of the art of communication

Your humane approach
Your personal touch,
Your modest nature
Made us love you so much.

On your broad shoulders
You carried all the burden,
Shielding us from problems
You took every tension.

Like Lord Shiva, you gave us nectar
While bravely drinking all the poison,
And departed suddenly
Leaving us behind like orphans.

Misty eyed as we think
Of the time we spent with you,
We remember the warmth, the love
That we received in abundance from you.

Your memories like myriad stars
Will continue twinkling forever.
In our hearts and in our minds
You will continue living forever.
