  The steel industry is in crisis – who
would have thought that something that shone
with strength, would ever turn to rust.
 
But there is an irony lost
to the British public that those
from India discern in the mists swirling
 
around the dying blast furnace,
something care-free in the nostalgia
twinned with the name itself
