(I wrote this poem thinking about the feelings of an abused woman. Victims of domestic abuse are numerous in this world, amongst the rich and the poor, be it a developing country like India / China or a developed country like UK / USA. Women are subjected to horrifying mental, emotional and physical abuse in the name of marriage and so many such news clips come to us in TV documentaries and Newspaper headings. God, as always, remains a silent witness.)
