  I want to die
In one piece
All in peace

So don't
Resuscitate

I don't want to
Come again
And live in pain
With broken ribs
Living the pain
In every broken
Piece, shattering
My dreams of
Dying in peace

(Wrote this thinking of the practice of thumping a dying person's chest so hard to revive the heart that it may lead to broken ribs but paramedics are asked to ignore that risk and carry on thumping because a painful life is more important than painful fractures ;-)
