This poem came to me while I was exercising.
Like some people who keep gaining and losing weight, my weight also keeps fluctuating, though it doesn't bother my hubby because he loves me just the way I am, but I've never liked being obese and so exercising makes me feel somewhat at ease....I think I have a low BMR (basal metabolic rate) because I eat the least in my family but it shows up the most in my body ;-)
