I Love You, Son
these are words
that express feelings
within my heart

whenever I'm with you,
thinking of you,
or missing you.
I could never

fathom the intensity
of emotions
that transpire,
never have imagined

the manifestations of delight
that circumnavigate my existence
when thoughts formulate.
A divinely driven utopia

is my reality
whenever I drift aimlessly
through the cornucopia
of unbelievable truths

emanating from fountains
of heartfelt understandings
defining a love
greater than life.
