Gold To Behold

Nature was giving
Gold to behold
For my living,
And I was sold.

A sunset so sublime
I got to savor,
And moments of time
Became a favor.

I stood still
And savored the show -
I saw nature fulfill
Me with its glow.

The sky was ablaze
And mesmerized my heart -
Nature can amaze
With its work of art.

I thanked the artist who
Was painting the sky;
Spectacular was my view -
A treat for my eye.
