Bidding farewell to moments gone
Welcoming moments to come
Drawing lines to measure Time
Bound and hedged
Is this one accursed

Except to remind a moment gone
Names of Dates and Weeks
Months, Years, Nights and Days
Ignorant of anything else
Dark in the darkness

Till the final moment of living
Not minding the surroundings
With undisturbed concentration
A wanderer every moment
And every moment

Time it is - for both those waiting
And those in pain, in many bodies
Their souls ever the same
