Love Your Imperfection

Everything he did in life

Personal or in profession

He looked for perfection

With a meticulous planning

And an absolute precision

Thus unmatched all along

In society and workplace

He earned envy and laurel

In near equal proportion…

Then came this realization

During all these years

In a rather false pretension

He was competing with self

Stressing and tiring himself

For an abstract satisfaction

Instead it’s good to accept, and love

Yourself and your emotions

And your life’s imperfections.
