Holding all of us
With limitless endurance,
So much it bears patiently
Beneath a pleasant smile
Before our unthoughtful,
Vigorous blows.
But then nature too loses its calm.
See how in rage
The mountain trembles,
The volcano opens its mouth in anger,
The roaring cyclone blows things away,
The floods leave a trail of destruction!
I am a part of this earth,
Most tender, fragile, susceptive...
And you want me to
Be ever calm,
Indurated,
Untouched
Forgive me, Dear
But how? |
