The Cementing Factor

In the winter of our sojourn, I reflect:

What was that static thing,
that kept our relationship
cemented together, even
amidst the wrinkly autumn?
Was that my once glowing skin,
or mischievous sparkle in my eyes,
or the tender inviting lippy petals?
Or something beyond all these!
Must be,
for, nothing of those remains now,
and still you love me and I love you.
