consumed oil consecrates,
lamp lightens paths...

Shadows shorten reason's realm,
basements mute bearing burden,
ability to extend stability -
statement of sacrificial lambs!

Is survival so sublime?
Is self denial so significant?
Yes, survival sustains life
sacrifice consecrates survival!
