The Sunset

The sunset paints the sky with a purplish hue,
In such a lonely evening my heart yearns for you;
With a tinge of gold the sunset adorns the sea,
I think of a world where there’s only you and me.
Rays of golden light stretch the whole horizon,
My love for you grows without any reason,
The lovely sunset appeals my body to dance,
To express my feelings it gives a chance.
Shades of orange and yellow conquer the sky,
Inspiring my rapturous chi to simply fly;
The sunset so groovy, so dignifying, so true,
Tells me that I am madly in love with you.
The bright golden sphere emerging in the sea
Overwhelms my mind with an eternal glee,
The sunset with its integrity rejuvenates my soul,
I keep fantasizing about you on the beach as I stroll.
