In our local community.

The title was ‘Upheavals’.

Thought of my feelings

And emotions that gave me

Upheavals…

Sometimes, once a while,

Sometimes, every day,

Sometimes, all the while…

Nothing more

Came to me,

To write on

‘Upheavals’ poetry.

The feelings say it all…

The emotions bare it all…

And the thoughts?

Well, the thoughts

Have just told you

How the word

‘Upheavals’ makes me relate to

Only just feelings and emotions,

And their myriad commotions…

In my mind, heart, soul and body.
