Enigma

Why some people
despite being in and around
as friends or relatives
are not able to impress
or leave a mark
during the life span
and till last!

Why someone
even until twilight of life
remains so attached
and nostalgic
about some event or person
of the adolescent
or teenage past!

Why someone
during the journey of life
meets for a while
shares a few moments
destined to separate
yet missed always
and remain
a soul-mate forever!

Will somebody answer
or it will remain
a riddle, or
an enigma forever?
