Love is God

What makes love
So universal
Beyond space
Time and age,
That philosophers
And thinkers
Or even commoners
Simulate it to God.

In the universe
If you look at
The physical forms
Or formless emotions
Oceans have their own
Depth and expanse
Mountains their own
Height and range
Joy has limits of
Degree of satisfaction
And sorrow its time
For recuperation.

But love is divine
Ethereal and sublime
With infinite wings and legs
All love is sweet
Given or returned
Even when in pain
And a universal presence
Be it a king's heart
Or a beggar's.
