Monsoon Magic

Monsoon is the most exciting season The land everywhere turns lush green The nature creates its own magical spell Its so soothing splashes, aroma and smell In a constantly changing sky patterns Beautiful colours of a rainbow in clouds Everything around appears so divine As if you are living in a paradise. You can often hear a peacock's call As if inviting you to feel breeze cool The street children drenched in rains Sail paper boats in mini water streams Folks dance in glee on terrace and gardens Young imagination too takes its wings Smell of the soil and washed up streets Rain shower brings smile on people's faces. Monsoon season is indeed so refreshing So also indispensable for paddy farming Besides Monsoon season is a trend setter Fashion and romance turn to a green colour So enchanting views and magic it creates For everyone, relief and passion it brings So simply rejuvenating body, mind and soul It's a season and time to tune with the nature.
