Kulbirji, I,m afraid there is no shortcut or short answer!
Most of the social, political and economic evils are consequence of human greed and lust for money, power and sex.
You can't change society or people with slogans, sermons or even laws but you can certainly influence others through your own conduct with right values and ethics. There is a better chance of people following you if you 'walk your talk'.
You can trust me if I tell you, for illustration, now at fairly high level in governance, I never ask my colleagues, subordinates and those in proximity to do things which I would not like to do myself. If you look around, perhaps you will find many people having marathon debates on morality and ethics in society and following double standards in own case.
Every person has to set a reasonable quotient for 'self satisfaction' because it is difficult to follow absolute values and no one else can decide or dictate your needs and aspirations in life.
Perhaps it is a good achievement if I can change myself for better. May be, at least, some others will be inspired to join me in the process...
