A tuberose bouquet on my side
Of elegant and lush white flowers
Of sublime and subtle fragrance –
Synergic to my Rajnigandha feelings…

As if she is still in my vicinity
With ethereal and heavenly presence
With eternal and everlasting fragrance
Encompassing my body and soul.

Comment Kulbirji, I always love your often poetic responses and, of course, Aparnaji's endeavor to find commensurate imagery is not without enough pain and effort,

Comment Jaipal Sahib,
With your verse, you are spreading perfume.

Aparnaji,

With the photo, you are dispelling gloom.

Thanks.

Kulbir

Comment Thanks a lot, Padmajaji and Rupradhaji for liking it. I'm very fond of this flower and always tried to maintain few plants in my own little garden during various field postings.

Comment This poem has an ethereal quality to it, much like the fragrance of the Rajnigandha flowers ! Thanks for sharing Jaipalji.
