Loss in Relations

  A clamour for alien
and strange provocation,
and there the tradition dies
in cultural immunity
and spirit of a country is crushed.

Intellects that strengthen
body and soul
look wicked and spicy today
it appears.

With all the optimism
men here move to destroy
a bit of everything,
in bits and whole;
of culture, of gentle ideas
of spirit and intellect,
or else allege a term
of phony continuity.

It is lethargic panegyrics,
nothing happens here
with consent,
it is a dialogue in isolation
to arrive nowhere,
from a region of nothingness.
