Mysterious Life

Why do we meet someone, if from them, we have to part?
Why does life unite us, if it has to tear us apart?
Good memories, why do we share?
If at each other, we can no longer stare?
Why does life always give us pain?
Is it because from pain, more we can gain?
The lessons from pain last lifelong,
Maybe that's why when we get pain, it goes on a song.
Joys weaken us, but pains make us strong,
That's why more than joys, pains last long.
Mysterious are the ways of life,
More than joys, it pushes us closer to strife.
Life is a mixture of joy and sorrow,
To be strong, more pains than joys, you should borrow.
