Lost is Our Humanity
Workshop # 17
Lost is our humanity
In the fog of fraudulence,
We are getting suffocated
In such political turbulence.
Lost is our humanity
In the mud of corruption,
This venom is affecting us,
Bringing us mental disruption.
Lost is our humanity
In the darkness of deceit,
Men are getting involved
In acts so illicit!
Lost is our humanity
In the shadows of time,
With this rising number of
Treacheries and crime.
Lost is our humanity
In the fake play,
To this injustice
It has fallen a prey.
Lost is our humanity
In the veil of lies,
Let us bring it back
Till our candor dies.
