Liberals are in a state of stupor with disbelief
At the success of our commander-in-chief
Al Gore now says Taliban was a fifth rate force
Inept when in power, his criticism now is coarse.
When they had the chance to kill
The evil al-Qeida with minimal skill,
They wrung their hands and gritted their teeth,
But they timidly kept their swords in their sheath.
Afghanistan was a bottomless pit, they said.
British felt their wrath and the Russians dreaded,
The brave fighters on horseback and in caves
Were reputed for sending the enemies to their graves.
But our President Bush, with great resolve,
Found a way to neutralize and dissolve
The Taliban and the criminals, with minimal losses,
And now the liberals want once again to be bosses.
Another danger looms, as it gathers now,
In Iraq, where a madman has taken a vow,
To annihilate civilization and mankind,
Yet, the liberal Democrats are still blind.
Again they predict gloom and doom scenario,
Accuse the President of braggadocio.
They say Saddam is now an extraordinary foe,
To fight him will mean loss of lives and much dough.
Let the President handle this one too,
With the help of the military and his great crew.
After all, we did not seek or ask for this fight,
But we will end it, as the enemy is in our sight.
