In The Shadows Of Time

  In the shadows of time
Our wavelengths had matched
Bringing us together
We had been so close
As the shore is to the sea
It was only you and me
In the entire world
Singing and dancing
Mingling with each other;
Seeing us the cupids sang with joy
Enchanting melodies of love;
We were blessed by the heaven above.

In the shadows of time
Our souls became one;
But now everything is gone
Gone with the wind;
You have left me
In endless darkness,
In boundless despair,
With sleepless nights,
With zilch rights
To bring you back,
As no more do you
Belong to this world.

In the shadows of time
Our amour had been prime,
But now I feel helpless
And forlorn without you
How could you leave me
All alone like this?
Vulnerable to melancholy,
Susceptible to despondency,
With no rays of hope
With no desire of surviving,
Being deprived of your love
I am cursed by the heaven above.
