Three cheers for Rijiju

Rijiju is my favourite minister. Once upon a time Omar Abdullah was my favourite. Rijiju is handsome and speaks clearly. No hanky panky. A person clear in thought and clear in expression. Mukhtar Ahmed Naqvi and Shahnawaz Hussain too is my favourite. How sane these people are when we see so many politicians who create only confusion in the mind of people who actually look up to these political leades for leadership and guidance. Don't we know the adage : Love me love my dog. Then how much more true should be the sentiment : Love me love my God. Don't we show fondness to children of the house we visit? Every person should show respect to religious sentiments of another person. Why should I have to eat beef if an average Indian shows reverence to cow? During the time of the Vedas animal sacrifice was not uncommon I am told. But from that time to modern times we have strictly vegetarian people. If I am living among such people, why should I hurt their sentiments by eating animals which do not go with their culture. I am happy to know that coming from North-East Minister Rijiju can clearly state this. As a senior citizen of this country I only adore Rijiju. He is my kind of Minister. I am confident that persons like Rijiju, Naqvi, Shahnawaz will send all Indian pseudo-secularists in their shell. I am proud and hopeful for this country when such people are there in Indian politics.
