How I Wished

While I was in front of the Bellagio Fountains in Vegas
How I wished you were there to lend me your shoulder,
To see the amazing fountains and hear the soft music,
To perceive the exuberance of the ecstatic experience!

While I was crossing the Brooklyn Bridge in NYC
How I wished you were there to hold me in your arms,
To dance with me in the middle of the great bridge,
To enjoy the beauty of life with me like never before.

While I was strolling the Boston streets all alone in dawn
How I wished you were leading the way before me,
To experience the chirps of the birds all around,
To feel the greenery and the freshness of the early morning!

While I was taking the scariest roller coaster ride in Orlando,
How I wished you were there to hold my hand firmly,
To take away all my fear and help me get relaxed,
To take pleasure in each and every moment of life with me!

While I was enjoying the 17 mile drive in San Francisco,
How I wished you were sitting beside me in the sea shore,
To hear the roaring waves of the Pacific Ocean together,
To lie by my side in the night and count the stars of the sky!

Poem Comment Thoughts that persist in the mind for long
Pour out, crystallize, turn as a poets song
Makes one feel, fresh at heart and young
all such thoughts, show where you belong

Poem Comment A grand account of your American experience of romatic thoughts and dreams. When you are with him next time, be sure to visit the same spots and spot the loving corners in his heart... your thoughts will travel far to throw open the doors of his heart. May you enjoy the chocolate together on the chocoate day!!
